The Idaho Writers Guild is pleased to present Kristiana Gregory and Carol Heimbuch for our Fall Random Readings Event.  Please join us Saturday, October 15th from 1-3pm at The Cabin, 801 S. Capitol Blvd., Boise, Idaho.
 
Kristiana Gregory has written over 30 books for middle-school readers. She was an original author in the Dear America series for Scholastic and has written for the Royal Diary and My America series. Her other books include a California trilogy about pirates and mining towns. Her first book, Jenny of the Tetons, was set in Idaho and won the Golden Kite Award for best new children’s book.  www.KGregoryBooks.com

At the request of several members we’ll continue our discussion about Agents.  Those of you who have agents, or who attended our All About Agents workshop in May can share your experiences with those who have questions or just want to learn more about this important part of the industry and how it’s changing with the onset of digital publishing.  Join us at the Sun Ray Café in Hyde Park from 11:30 – 1:30 on Saturday, September 10th.  Food and drink will be available as always.
